Why is this package perfect for you? You pay for a 1-day tent rentals, but the package is yours for the weekend. You can plan a brunch the day after your party, or host evening cocktails the night before. We setup on Thursday and Friday and take down on Monday typically. Friendly, professional setup and removal. We send a small 2-3 person crew to setup this package. We will take care of your property, and make sure you are happy with your party rental.
20x20 High Peak Tent
Tent only price $400
Our 40 Person High-Peak Frame Tent Package includes the following items:
- (1) 20x20 white, high-peak, frame tent (no center pole, “open floor-plan,” can be placed in tight spaces)
- (4) 60” round tables (seat 8 to 10 guests)
- (2) 6ft long tables for food, beverage, gifts, etc
- (40) white folding chairs
$450 Includes tent set up

Tent only prices $150 for the 10x20 $200 10x30
Our 10x Tents Package is perfect for either 20 0r 30 people depending on size chosen. Includes the following.
- (2) 60" round tables or (3) tables for the 10x30
- 20 white folding chairs or 30 for the 10X30 tent
- 2 6ft tables for food and gifts
$200 to $250
Side walls can be added for extra $50 These tents will be only one day rentals as the demand is high and price is per day.
60" Round Tables and Chairs
Chair rentals can cost as little as $1.50 each for simple, metal folding chairs, and $3.50 – for a white wooden wedding chair.
For tables, the cost is about $12 for a 60″ round table. The 60″ table is the most preferred event table. $8 for the 72″ Banquet tables, $10 96" Banquet tables. Bar Height Cocktail tables $5

- Outdoor heating. $50 with full tank of propane
Tent installation is included in all pricing. Table and chairs set up, hang string lights is additional charge. You can substitute tables at no additional charge
